Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gets faster. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel like you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you aren't expecting it, the bottom drops.

Blackjack is so similar to a roller coaster the similarities are astonishing. As with the popular fair ground experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for a time before it bottoms out one more time. You most certainly have to be a black jack player that will be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.

If you like the petite coaster, one that doesn't go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a fatter bet, then hop on board for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because they are not considering the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it's going up, that is awesome, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to twist and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don't, you might not recount how much you enjoyed the good life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won't clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will recollect that mortifying fall as clear as day.
