Blackjack is a game that evokes images of a wild ride. It is a game that begins slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you build up your bankroll, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls out.

black jack is so similar to a roller coaster the similarities are eerie. As with the popular amusement ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a player that's able to readjust to the ups ... downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is choked full of them.

If you like the little coaster, a coaster that won't go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the mad ride is with a fatter bet, then hop on board for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not considering the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is an awesome feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don't, you may not naturally remember how much you enjoyed the view while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride ... your head in the air. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won't easily recount how "high up" you went but you will clearly remember that disappointing drop as clear as day.
