Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. Black jack is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your profit, you feel like you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom falls out.

Blackjack is so much like a roller coaster the similarities are unreal. As with the popular fair ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear to be going well for a while before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a black jack player who can readjust to the ups and downs of the game because the game of black jack is choked full of them.

If you like the small coaster, 1 that doesn't go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop aboard for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-stakes gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that's just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.

If you do not, you will not always remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a cool ride ... your head in the air. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won't recount how "high up" you went but you will be reminded of that disappointing drop as clear as day.
