I have played millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can't alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
